Postings for Mississippi Power jobs will be made later in the construction phase, generally in the next year or two. However, you can register your profile now on the Southern Company Careers page to receive e-mailed updates on job postings.

Hiring for the immediate construction phase jobs is done by the contractors through the state WIN Job Centers. Applications are being taken at the new permanent WIN Job Center located at 14817 Highway 16, DeKalb, Miss. The center is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.-4 p.m. You can also apply at any other WIN Job Center in Mississippi.

To be considered as a vendor for contract work with Mississippi Power, new suppliers are encouraged to fill out a supplier registration packet using the online Supplier Registration system or by e-mailing Mississippi Supply Chain Management.
