Many Americans are looking for new ways to go green. One option for Mississippi Power customers is the installation of a renewable energy source. You can now purchase from a vendor and install at your home or business the energy source that is right for you. The most common sources include:

Wind
While the choice and installation is up to you, Mississippi Power can help guide you through the process. To help in your green efforts, we have setup two options. Choose one or both:
- Use the energy produced to offset your usage and reduce your monthly electric service bill.
- Sell your power (all or excess) to Mississippi Power. View Rate Schedule CSPP-3 for CoGeneration and Small Power Production Purchases. For this option, you must obtain Qualifying Facility status through the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and cover the cost to connect to our grid. We are here to help you through this process.
