Heating & Air Program
The most advanced and efficient heating and cooling system available today, a heat pump, is the most economical way to keep your home comfortable year-round. The technologically advanced heat pump keeps your home warm in the winter and cool in the summer—with one amazing piece of equipment. It’s also a wise energy investment that can result in major savings on monthly energy bills for many homeowners.
Our Heating & Air Program offers homeowners and renters instant discounts on heat pump replacements, helping you save energy and money.
Below are incentives for replacing an existing unit with a high-efficiency heat pump. Replacements must be performed by an Independent Service Contractor. The incentive amount is based on size and SEER (efficiency) of the new unit.
Choose the Best Heat Pump for Your House
Heat pumps come in a variety of types. We can help you determine the type of heat pump and size that fits your home so you'll be comfortable season after season.
Air Source Heat Pump - This is the most common electric heat pump. It uses an outdoor unit and outside air to transfer the heat.
Geothermal Heat Pump - This particular heat pump uses the near-constant temperature of the earth for its heat source. It uses special water piping and the earth to transfer heat. If you do not want a heat pump sitting outside your home, we suggest choosing a geothermal heat pump.
Dual-fuel (piggyback) Heat Pump - If you have a relatively new gas or propane furnace, the dual-fuel heat pump may be a better choice than simply replacing an old air conditioner unit. This furnace provides the heat you'll need on the colder winter days.
Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) or Ductless Heat Pumps - These mini-split and multi-split systems function much like traditional heat pumps. A ductless system, however, has one or more wall or ceiling mounted indoor units that are connected to an outside unit by refrigerant lines.
