Report a Streetlight Outage

1. To find the light location: Enter the address of the outage location in the search bar, click the target icon in the upper right-hand corner of the map to navigate to your location, or zoom in on the map
2. If the light exists on the map, click it, then click "REPORT STREET LIGHT ISSUE"
3. If the light does not exist on the map, right-click, or long-press via a mobile device, then click "REPORT MISSING STREETLIGHT ISSUE"
4. Populate all information on the form
5. Once complete, click "DONE" in the top-right of the form
