Manage Your Account Profile

Don’t miss out on important communications and the latest offerings at Mississippi Power. To make sure we have your preferred contact information on file, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Log in to your account and check that your contact information is up to date on the My Profile screen. Click on the red "Go>" link in the "Contact Information" tile to remove old addresses and phone numbers and add new ones as needed.

  2. To link your new contact information with your paperless billing and alerts, go to the Alerts & Communications screen to review your information and make the needed updates there.
